We like to give estimates in person, so we can provide a fair price for our services after evaluating the job at hand. Some of our competitors require pre-paid, online booking with an immediate, up-front payment at a pre-set price. While this may work well for some businesses and customers, we see this as a win-lose scenario. If the price is too high, the customer is taken advantage and wasting their hard earned money. If the price is too low, the cleaning organization will not earn enough to make a reasonable profit and they may cut corners and rush through the job, leaving you with a sub-par cleaned home. Many of these same companies hire employees the same way, by doing everything over the computer. How can they deliver a trusted team of expert cleaners, if they have not personally met them or assessed their cleaning quality? We never charge you before we perform the work. We guarantee that you will be delighted with our services. If something is not right, just call us within 24 hours and we will come back and fix it free of charge.

Your Safety
Our software has bank level security, keeping your information confidential and safe. We highly recommend an electronic, key-pad style door lock for entry to your home if you are not there at the time of your cleaning service. Prices for these locks start as low as $35.00. These locks allow you to add multiple codes, any of which can be deleted at any time. This also means you will never be locked out of your home, as long as your remember the code. If you do choose to leave us a key, or hide one outdoors, we will store this information securely.
We are licensed, bonded, and insured. We carry general liability insurance and workers compensation coverage, so you are protected in the unlikely event a member of our team was ever injured while cleaning your home.

Our employees are at the center of our success. Without a great team of expert cleaning technicians, we could not deliver the services our customers have come to rely upon. We believe in paying our employees living wages so they have access to nutritious food, healthcare and proper housing to keep their families safe. Beyond the financial benefits, living wages keep employees from having to work multiple jobs, allowing them to spend more time with their children, spouses and friends. Living wages also support our local community, by fueling economic development. All of our employees are background checked and undergo our signature training program to ensure a consistent clean every time.

We believe in giving back, and we are proud to support the people in our community. As a thank you, we also proudly offer 10% discounts to our service personnel including military, police and firefighters. Over the years, The Cleaning People has helped a number of people in need, offering free cleaning services to distressed families throughout the community, including one family that we cleaned free of charge for 15 months while the family was undergoing cancer treatment.
